While staying close by I wanted to grab a good breakfast for my mom and dad before going there for the day. Pitt Grill has always been a familiar restaurant to our family and it's great to see they are still doing things right. I placed my order in person at the counter; scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, bacon and toast the food was prepared fresh and packaged in nice secure recyclable containers and bagged for the short trip to the homestead. All (3) orders were correct and were delicious and my elderly parents really enjoyed being treated to a quality breakfast. The staff here was wonderful and they all worked as a team to take care of all the customers. I was in and out of here in a matter of minutes, I was a little taken back by the prices but that's the world we live in and they are competitive so it wasn't too surprising. I'd return and do this again, the smile on my mom and dad's faces were well worth it...

Breakfast was awesome. I had The Breakfast Pile with hot coffee. The Breakfast Pile comes with hashbrowns topped with 2-fried eggs and pan sausage. Along with your choice of pancakes or toast. YUM!

Greeted and seated the moment we walked in, server was so nice and sweet. Hot Coffee was fresh made, and the Gumbo was homemade and fresh! Large chunks of chicken and sausage, the Rue was also homemade... So delicious. No skimping going on here! Served with a bowl of rice.

We visited and dined-in Pit Grill during the weekend. Dennys had an extremely long wait time and Golden Corral was closed due to electrical issues. We had a group of 10. The breakfast wait time was about 10mins. The order wait time was satisfactory. The staff was courteous. The atmosphere was pleasant. Menu prices were very reasonable. Our hostess, Jeorgie, was great and helpful. The food was good. However, the pancakes were flat & tough vs. light & fluffy ~ they seemed to be missing "baking powder". I would give the restaurant another visit.

My GOTO place for breakfast. Usually pretty good service. Great food, except I wish they could get a handle on the Eggs Benedict. It is SUPPOSED to have a poached egg on top. NOT HARD BOILED! Good COMMUNITY COFFEE. NOT that instant Crap like at Pujo St Cafe and Southern Spice..(MB).

Excellent place for breakfast and burgers!! I can't say much positive for the service or for the cigarette smoke. It's kind of a roll of the dice as far as getting good help, but the food is soooo good, and I sit as far away from the cigarette smoke as I possibly can! And it's a great place to meet up with friends to talk over food or coffee!
